Sunny, Sunny, Sunny

Well, I was just on my way to bed...but I thought I better update or my daddy will have a hissy fit...LOLOLOLOL!!

Today was another beautiful day in lovely Alabama.  It was in the high 70s with lots and lots of sunshine.  Blue skies...slight breeze...just wonderful.  I swear...I could have been a weather person.  Anywho, Jon Kent always seems to be in a good mood when the days are pretty out.  I guess because we can take him out and let him enjoy it.  I know I love days like these...put the windows up and just let the breeze blow through the house.  So nice.  Tomorrow is supposed to be another beautiful day.  Then Thursday and Friday we will have storms...which is fine with me as well.

Enough with the weather...let's see...what's going on with me...ummmm.  Not much.  Just the same ole same ole.  Cleaning, washing, being a mommy, a wife, etc. etc.  Kent has been working for over 6 days now.  He will FINALLY get two days off Thursday and Friday.  We are going to go out with some friends Friday night.  They have a little girl that is 2 months younger than Jon Kent...it will be their 2nd date...LOL!  So cute!

Well, now that I have bored yall and practically put myself to sleep...I will leave yall with some more pictures of the Florida trip!

Florida Pictures

While I have some time...

Happy Easter

Happy Easter to everyone!!  I hope yall had a great day!  We had one heck of a busy day here.  First it was a christening at 9:30am, followed by church at 11am, then lunch with Kent's family at 12:30pm.  I was soooo tired by the end of the day.  I took Jon Kent over to my parent's house and I went back into their bedroom and crashed for about 2 hours.  It was quite nice if I must say so!!  I woke up and ate supper with my parents and then headed to Wally World to pick up some items.  I ran into my Aunt Karen Kay with a bugging FULL of cleaning supplies.  She said she needed to clean up her house...lol.  I would say so!!  I couldn't believe all the cleaning supplies I was looking at in one buggy!!  It was funny!  After Wally I went back to my parent's and just sat around watching TV.  Then I headed home and gave Jon Kent a bath and he is now in bed.  Kent is at work until midnight.  He started his new shift today.  All in all, it was a VERY eventful day.  And I am sure there will be many more days of activity to come!!  I hope yall have a good night and a great Monday!!  Enjoy the pictures!!

A little preview

Tomorrow is Easter.  It's weird, I think I am more excited tonight than I ever have been the day before Easter.  I like the feeling of just going to church and being with family tomorrow.  It warms my heart.

I hope everyone knows the true meaning of Easter.  Jesus Christ died on the cross and three days later rose from the grave.  He gave His life so that we wouldn't have to.  He took the burden of our sins onto Himself, even though He was sinless.  He died so that we could accept Him as our Lord and Savior and spend enternity with Him in heaven.  I hope that everyone who reads this has asked Christ to be your Lord and Savior.  He is the one and only way to heaven!  So remember tomorrow of what Christ did for you.  And thank Him.

I hope yall have a great Easter Sunday!!

Florida Trip

We left town around 4:30pm.  Jon Kent slept for about 2 and half hours.  Then he got a little cranky (who could blame him) so I fed him and we ate supper.  Then we stopped again to walk around Wal-Mart so that Jon Kent wouldn't get so tired of his car seat.  Then we were back on our way to Florida.  We got to our hotel around 9:30ish almost 10pm.  Then Jon Kent got a bath and hit the hay for the night.

The next day we headed down to the beach.  We put his toes in the sand, which at first he didn't seem to mind.  We then put them in wet sand and he didn't like that AT ALL.  Then it was time for the ocean (it was VERY cold).  He cried as soon as his toes hit the water.  He wasn't having it.  We then walked around the beach for awhile until he got sleepy.  That afternoon he took about a 3 hour nap.  He was sacked out.  I finally had to wake him up so I could get him ready to go out for the night.

The next day we headed to the beach again, but he didn't stay out that long.  He was acting tired, so my parents took him in while Kent and I layed out.  Then we went to the room and grabbed Jon Kent and headed to the pool.  At first he wasn't too sure about it, but after awhile he really seemed to like it.  He really liked "eating his float"...lol.  He was cute.  Then Kent, my daddy, Jon Kent, and I all went down the beach so my daddy and I could go parasailing.  We went up 900 feet...yes I was scare...I will not lie.  But I did have a fun time.  I'll do it again...some day.

The next day we all went a town over to Destin and shopped in their outlet mall.  It was a VERY tiring day.  We got home around 6:30-7pm.  Jon Kent went and stayed with my parents for the night so Kent and I could rest up.  He slept good for my parents (12 hours).  I slept good too...lol.

Well, that was the trip.  I will be posting pictures here and there for awhile.  I have a lot of them and it takes forever to download them if I put a bunch together.  So yall enjoy!!

Short, sweet, and to the point

I promise I will give a more detailed report of the Florida trip later.  I have been too busy for much of anything today.  I spring cleaned pretty much all day today.  I started yesterday and finished up today...mopping, sweeping, dusting, cleaning walls, cleaning out closets, washing clothes, washing curtains, scrubbing the bathroom, scrubbing the cabinets, cleaning countertops, cleaning the stove and fridge, etc. etc. etc.  I have been one busy little lady, I'll tell ya!!  I am alllll done now...THANK GOODNESS!!!  The last load of laundry is in the dryer now.  I'll fold them once I get off of here and dry my hair.

The weather has been absolutely BEAUTIFUL here.  High 70s, bright blue skies.  Couldn't ask for a better day today!!  Tomorrow is supposed to be about the same a little more cloudy though.  Then some strong and severe storms moving in tomorrow night and Easter Sunday.  Hopefully they won't get too bad.

We took Jon Kent for his Easter pictures yesterday.  I have to say they turned out pretty good.  He smiled for all of them except one I think.  He was getting pretty unhappy there toward the end.  I am sure though they will all turn out just fine.  Speaking of Jon Kent is he PASSED out in his bed.  He had a long day today too.  He spent most of it at my parent's.  They always tire him out for us.  Hopefully, he will have a good night's sleep.

Well, I am gone.  I'll try to give yall a report on the Florida trip tomorrow with pictures.  I have lots and lots of pictures!!  Yall be good.  And I hope everyone had a blessed Good Friday!!

Umm...

I promise I wrote an entry yesterday with pictures and all.  But it seems to be gone...  Ummm....  Well, when I get time (again) I'll write all about my trip with all the pictures.  Right now I am trying to eat, clean, and take care of JK.  These are the days I wish I had a clone!!

I'll talk to yall next week!!

Well, the packing has begun and we are almost ready to go.  We are leaving tomorrow afternoon after Kent gets off of work.  We will be arriving at our hotel fairly late, but my parents will already be there and will be all checked in so we don't have to worry about that.  I'm really looking forward to getting to go to the beach and seeing how Jon Kent reacts to it all.  Not to mention no cooking, cleaning, or washing for the next few days...woohoo!!!  We will be back sometime Tuesday.  Not really sure on the exact time.  I'll let yall know how it all went and I plan on taking a bunch of pictures.  So until next week...yall behave and have a great weekend and a good first of the week!!!  Talk with yall later!!!

=( Shots =(

My poor baby...  He had to have shots today at his 4 month checkup.  I felt so horrible.  He was dead to the world asleep and then the nurse stuck him and he let out a scream that was heartbreaking.  I have never heard him scream like that before.  It was just plain awful to have to hear.  But the doctor said that everything checked out just fine.  He weighed in at 18 pounds and 6 ounces and 28 inches long.  My little boy is growing up!  We go back in 2 months for his 6 month checkup and some more shots.  I believe that the 6th month shots will be his last ones until he is a year old.  Atleast I hope so.  Anyway, that was his appointment.  Now it's time to pack for Florida and get ready.  We are leaving tomorrow afternoon after Kent gets off of work.  So, if I don't get another chance to write another entry, yall have a good weekend and I will update yall on all the happenings when I get back!!  Talk with yall later!!

Happy St. Patty's Day!!!

So who forgot to wear green today??  ::Pinches all who forgot::

I hope everyone is having a great St. Patty's Day!!  So far so good here.  Just getting some laundry done and playing with my favorite little shamrock, Jon Kent.  I hope yall enjoy the pictures!!!  Have a great day!!!

UGH!!

I'm in one of those moods...  You know, where you KNOW you need to clean but you really just don't feel like doing it.  That's where I am at right now.  I need to spring clean the house but I just don't want to.  UGH!!!  I hate this feeling.  I feel so lazy!  I wonder if they have medication for this...

Today Jon Kent is 4 months old.  He celebrated by getting a new stroller and a pack and play.  And he ate half a jar of apples.  He is really starting to get the hang of it...or maybe I am just starting to get the hang of it...ummm.  Either way he did great with them today.  We figured that if he is really hungry he won't take the time to eat it with a spoon, so we have to wait until about an hour or so before he needs to be fed again.  Anyway, he is doing great.  He is over at his Granny's right now spending time with her.  I am sure he is enjoying himself.

Kent and I just got back from working out.  I swear, I need to work out from now until it's time to go to Florida come Saturday.  I need to buy a bathing suit because I can't really fit into any of the ones that I have.  UGH!!!  I just need to buy a moo-moo and be done with it all.  *sigh*

Well, now that I am depressed, I will go and watch the rest of the movie with my husband.  Later all!

One year ago today...

It was one year ago today that I got a positive on a HPT (home pregnancy test) and about fell out!  I remember I took it at night and I was expecting it to be negative (because we weren't supposed to be trying in the first place) and I got up and leaned over to look at it and as dark as it could be there were TWO LINES!!!  I opened the bathroom door and told Kent and he turned WHITE!!  LOL!!  We both just kind of stared at each other for about 30 minutes or so.  We finally called both of our parents.  It was a happy and scary moment.  We had already experienced two miscarriages, so it was hard to be positive at first.  But as yall can already guess...it worked out just fine!!!

Today we fed Jon Kent cereal with a spoon and some apples for the first time.  It was quite a mess!  He had it all over his face, his hands, in his hair.  It was everywhere!  He even got some up in his nose.  We took lots of pictures on digital and film.  I'm going to try it again tomorrow and see how he does.  I think he did fairly well with it all today.  He seemed to really like the apples.  The first bite of it really surprised him.  But once he got a good taste of it he was set to go for some more.  He didn't eat the whole jar though...but I guess that was because he had already had some cereal before that.  Anyways, it was quite an experience!!

Jon Kent and I had a busy, busy day today.  We went to the post office, the bank, Wal-Mart, and Winn-Dixie.  I think we were out of the house for about 2 and half hours.  Kent was working on something for work, so I wanted to get JK out of the house so he could get all his work done.  JK was very good while we were out.  Usually he gets mad because he has to sit in his car seat for so long.  But he only got fussy at the very end.  Which if it were me, I would have gotten a little mad too.  Now, we are home and he is asleep in his swing.  It was a good busy day!!

We are going over to my parent's tonight after we eat.  Kent and I both need to tan.  Plus, Kent needs some help from my daddy with his work project thingy.  So we still have a good bit to do today.  Well, I think I will get going and get some more things done while JK is sleeping.  Yall have a good day!!!

Oh how I feel loved...hehehee!

Woohoo!!!  NINE comments!!  That's so great!!!  LOL!  I'm glad to see that my daddy, momma, and husband aren't the only ones who read.  Thanks for stopping by!!!

It is HOT outside!!  Whew!  In the mid 70s here.  And that can only mean one thing...STORMS!!  Yup they are on their way.  The weatherman said that there are even possibilities of tornados.  I enjoy thunderstorms, always have.  So, I'm kind of looking forward to the storms this evening!!  Crazy I know!  I used to want to be a storm chaser.  Like the ones who get up in the airplanes and drop down into the eye of a hurricane.  I still think that would be a neat job to have.  But I am a mommy now...no big risk taking for me anytime soon!

We are going to Florida for Spring Break!!!  Woooohoooo!!!  I am soooo looking forward to it.  We are leaving on Saturday and coming back Tuesday.  We are taking Jon Kent too!  I will be sure to take lots and lots of pictures!!  Kent, myself, my mommy, daddy, and Jon Kent are all going.  My brother was going to try and get off of work to go, but it doesn't look like that is going to work out.  I wish he could go with us though.  I think we all would have had a great time together.  Maybe next time...  There is sooo much to pack though.  I swear it's going to be like we are moving just to pack up things for the baby!!  I don't look forward to that part AT ALL!

Let's see...what else has been happening...  Not much around here.  I took some more pictures of Jon Kent today.  Which you can already see...LOL.  Umm, I guess that is just about it.  So yall have a great Sunday!!!  Talk with yall later!!

I'm bored and I have some more pictures...LOL

Jon Kent is asleep so I took some pictures of him with him awake and asleep.  Yall enjoy.  And for crying out loud...LEAVE ME A COMMENT.  I don't know if people are visiting my journal or if it's just my daddy clicking to make my visit thingy go up...either way...let me know you stopped by!!

Thanks goodness for Baby Einstein!!!

Jon Kent is in his swing watching Baby Einstein.  Which is the first break I have gotten today.  He is being a momma's boy again today.  Which is still fine with me, but there is just some times where I need some me time.  Thirty minutes will do just fine.  Anyway, we didn't have a good night's sleep last night either.  I think it was because he couldn't poopie.  But he has mastered that skill since last night....twice.  PPPPPPPUUUUUUU!!!!  I'm talking put on the gas masks because it ain't smellin' good over here!!!  Anyway, I have taken some pictures of us today.  They turned out fairly well too.  I was pretty proud to say the least!!  Anyway, yall enjoy!!

OH!  And Congrats to Dana.  Who is pregnant with a healthy little belly bean!!  I am sooo happy for you.  You deserve it!!!

Somebody please take the chocolate away from me!!

Take it away, take it AWAY!!!  I swear I tell myself to have willpower and then WHAM I am licking chocolate off my fingers!!  Why is that???  I know I am trying to lose weight and keep it off.  Because goodness knows bathing suits are NOT forgiving.  UGH!!!  I oughta slap the husband for bringing that mess in the house to begin with!  But I can't, I love 'em too much.   *sigh*  What to do, what to do....

::::picks a piece of Reese's Cup out of my teeth::::

Today has been one heck of a day!  Jon Kent was good, but I couldn't get out of his sight for anything!!  If he couldn't see me, then he would cry and cry.  I would come back into the room he was in and he would look at me and be fine.  He has these kind of days every now and again.  They are the most tiring days too!  Oh well.  I guess it just means he can't live without me.  I better enjoy it while I can because once his teenage hormones kick it...I'll be kicked to the curb.  *sigh*

Speaking of Jon Kent, he is over at his Granny's house right now.  I am supposed to be working out, but Kent called and told me he would be a little late because he had to take a co-worker to go pick up his car.  He is going to swing by the house and pick me up a little after 2pm or so.  I really need to hit that treadmill pretty hard because I have eaten my body weight in chocolate today!!!  *sigh*

I sure am sighing a lot today.  Wonder why??  Oh well.  The dryer is calling my name.  Yall be good and have a great Thursday!!!

My Deepest Sympathy

An author of a journal that I read almost daily has lost her father today.  From what I have read, he was a wonderful and loving man.  Please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers.

My prayers are with you Sherry and your family as you go through this time of sadness and change in your life.  I hope that you are surrounded by friends and family who can love on you, care and support you during this time in your life.  I am so sorry for your loss!

Oh my ear!

My poor little ear.  I finally gave in and called the doctor first thing this morning.  Last night my ear was killing me and I knew I couldn't take another day of it.  So, I called this morning and here is the conversation between myself and the receptionist.

Receptionist:  "Doctor H's office.  How may I help you?"

Me:  "I have an ear ache and the whole right side of my face is throbbing."

Receptionist:  "What's your name?"

Me:  "Emily O."

Receptionist:  "One moment, please."

::::::::::::Music, Music, Music, Music, Music, Music, Music, Music:::::::::::

Receptionist:  "Can you be here *tomorrow* at 2:15pm?"

Me:  :::speechless:::  "Ummm is there anyway to get in sooner??"

Receptionist:  "Hold please."

::::::Music, Music, Music, Music, Music, Music::::::

Receptionist:  "What's your name again??"

Me:  :::thinks why does it matter:::  "Emily O."

Receptionist:  "Hold please."  ::before she could totally put me on hold I hear, "Emily"...:::

::::::Music, Music, Music, Music, Music, Music::::::

Receptionist:  "Can you come in now?  And you will just be worked in."

Me:  "That's fine, thank you."

I'm telling you...if that nurse that the receptionist talked to didn't know me I honestly believe I wouldn't have been worked in to begin with!

Well, after getting Jon Kent some where to stay while I go to the doctor's office I head up there.  I brought something to read thinking I would in there for awhile.  But thankfully, I only was in there for about 10 minutes and they called me back.  The nurse told me that I had gotten there just in time.  *Woohoo*  Anyway, the doctor comes in and checks my ear and sure enough in his words, "your ear canal is as red as it can be".  "You probably have a slight infection in your canal and behind your ear drum."  *Sigh*  So that is just wonderful.  He gives me 3 medicines to take.  Two antibiotics and some pain medicine to help me get some rest because I haven't been able to sleep all that great because of the pain.  Anyway, I have to take one antibiotic 3 times a day in pill form and then the other antibiotic is some ear drops which I take 10 drops in my ear once a day.  *Whew*  So now I am hopefully on the road to recovery.  I'll let yall know how it goes!!

Just letting yall know...

I'm just letting yall know that I am still alive.  I still have my cold and I even went to bed last night at 9:30pm which is really early for me.  I feel some what better, but I have an awful ear ache.  My stuffy nose seems to have gone away and hopefully it will stay gone too!  Jon Kent seems to be doing fine.  He didn't sleep well last night though.  He kept waking up over and over.  And for the past two days he hasn't been eating really well.  Hopefully he will be back to his old self soon.

Well, I'm off.  I don't really feel like posting too much today.  Plus, not much to really post about anyways!  Yall have a great night!!!!

My ::cough, cough:: Day

::Sniffle, Sniffle::  ::Cough, Cough::

My "lovely" husband gave me his cold.  He got it from work from one of his co-works and now I have it.  UGH!!  I thought I had dodged the bullet until last night I started coughing and sneezing.  Then this morning I woke up with a really sore thoat and I was soooo tired.  Since my parents had Jon Kent I took a much needed break and slept in until almost 10am!!!  I haven't done that in a LONG time!!  I must say it was really nice!!

::Cough, Cough::  ::Sniffle, Sniffle::

I spent the rest of my day cleaning my house.  I haven't really gotten to clean it, clean it in a long time.  So I did everything!  Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, rearranging, wiping, straightening, etc.  It took me about 2 and a half hours to do it all.  And my house isn't big!  I rearranged Jon Kent's room too.  I don't know if I like it yet, but I'll leave it that way for a few days and see how it grows on me.

::Sniffle, Sniffle::  ::Cough, Cough::

Jon Kent spent the day shopping with my parents.  He seemed to have had a good time.  Because by the time we got him home and bathed he was ready to sleep.  I gave him his bottle and he went to sleep half way through it.  He was really worn out!  My parents bought him some really cute clothes.  My favorite little shirt that they got him was one from OLD NAVY, and it says "Chicks Dig Me".  It has a little baby chick on it.  SOOOOO cute!!  They bought him a bunch of other little shirts and some outfits.  They are all VERY much appreciated!!

::Cough, Cough::  ::Sniffle, Sniffle::

What else did I do today...ummmmmmm.  OH!  I worked out.  I walked/ran 2 miles burned 311 calories and 100 fat calories.  Then did some weight lifting.  Not bad.  I can tell I have slimmed down.  Although I weigh a little bit more (muscle weighs more than fat).  I know I have gone down a size in my jeans.  So that is good.  And Kent told me the other day that my arms look slimmer.  That made me feel good.  And he said that my butt looks like it's gotten bigger...which if you know me...that's a good thing!  Anyway, I believe that is all...  Yall have a good night and a great Sunday!!

A sweet letter from my little man

This was in my emailbox when I got on to check my mail!  So sweet!!  Yall enjoy!!  I'll update about my day later!!!    Yo Dude and Dudette! (Don't get mad at me, PaPaw taught me that!) Well I arrived at Camp a little after 8 and PaPaw and Gramsie stuck to your schedule: bath/bottle/bed!  And I wanted to party late.  But no, straight into that bath.  I don't like the tub here and I let them know it!  But after awhile it was fun so I toned it down some.  By the time the bath was over my bottle was warm and it food time.  I was rocking and drinking when there was a bumping noise on the door.  Miss Brenda and Miss Katie saw my Element in the driveway and stopped by to see me.  So I didn't want to go to sleep too fast....but I did.  So PaPaw had me in my cradle before 9:00 but I woke up and just laid there talking for a little while.  Katie was watching CSI for the first time and I could hear her in the living room yelling "Gross! Gross!"  But I went to sleep pretty quick.  PaPaw and Katie kept checking on me so I faked sleep.  Around 2:30 PaPaw and I started playing a game called "Where's the Paci?"  I would whine and PaPaw would have to find where I hid the paci and put it back in my mouth.  Gramsie played too! This happened every 20 to 30 minutes until 3:45 when PaPaw decided I probably needed changed and fed. The bottle was already warm when PaPaw and I got to the kitchen where we could see through the open door that Uncle Jon Paul (I think he got his name from me) was playing with his computer.  He and PaPaw both thought I had really filled my britches because of the way I smelled.  So Uncle Jon Paul came to the living room to watch me get changed.  SURPRISE!  No poopie!  I hid it from them and just made them think it was there.  Then I started playing another game with PaPaw.  Once it got that diaper off, I found my toes and the fight was on!  Do you know how hard it is to get a diaper on me when I am all folded up?  PaPaw would push my legs down and they would spring back up!  I even had Uncle Jon Paul laughing at me!  Then I sat down with my bottle.....I looked over at Uncle Jon Paul and thought he might try to get some of my bottle so I started sucking so hard I forgot to breathe!  I had it running down my face and up my nose and everywhere!  Uncle Jon Paul left so I slowed down and found out I wasn't as hungry as I thought.  Only 4 ounces, and then I wanted to talk!  And I did....talk talk... talk.....ta....zzzzzzz.  PaPaw said I was asleep by 4:15 but I was tricking him!  When by butt hit the cradle, my eyes flew open and I was ready to talk some more....which I did for a while but PaPaw went to bed!  So I talked to my self for about 5 minutes and I went back to sleep.  I woke up at 8:00 and started talking again.  PaPaw said it reminded me of the way Uncle Jon Paul USED to wake up...not anymore though!  I had my diaper changed, but still no poopie . I wanted to write to you before I got my bottle.  I laid in the floor for awhile playing with my feet while PaPaw did the typing for me.  We are going shopping in a little bit.  So here is my own typing for yall...Love you and see you later.......,.l/,bnhjugv tyyyyv bnyyyt4sfdvfcfvn hvn  ttrvbr    b fg hnnnnnnnnn UJ7MNU2 A2 QSXZH8

Belly Laughs

Jon Kent did his first belly laugh today.  Kent and I looked at each other at the same time with the same expressions on our face- "did you hear that?"  It was the cutest thing I have ever heard.  My little guy is growing up so quickly.  I can't believe in 11 days he will be 4 months old.  Time really does fly!  Those first 6 weeks crawled by- but now the weeks seem like days!

Today a "wagon train" came by my house.  It's just a long procession of wagons pulled by horses and then some are just riding horses.  Anyway, it came by my house and Jon Kent and I stood in the door and watched them all go by.  Jon Kent really seemed to like it.  And a lot of the people waved at us.  It was really fun to watch how Jon Kent reacted to it.

Jon Kent is spending the night with my parents tonight.  It's a little hard to let him go, but I know he is in good hands.  Plus, it gives us some free time to be alone together...hehehee!  Anyway, I am off.  Yall have a good night and a great weekend!

All the news about Jon Kent

OK, while I have some time, I will try and catch you all up on the news on Jon Kent.

Last Saturday Jon Kent went and spent the day shopping with his Papaw and Gramsie.  They bought clothes and diapers.  The grandparents said that he did very well on their little outing.

Then Sunday Jon Kent made it ALL the way through church without having to be taken out.  Usually right after the preaching starts, he will starting getting fussy.  But Sunday he made it all the way through.  I was proud!  Hopefully he will keep it up!!  Also on Sunday Jon Kent found his toes.  It was the cutest thing.  I had him sitting up and he looked down and there they were.  So he started playing with them.  Now every chance he gets he will try and bend down and play with his toes.

And yall all know what he did Monday, rolled over.  But now he is trying to make a liar out of me and not do it for anyone else.  But his daddy saw it too, so I have a witness!  Plus, I got it on video tape this morning.

It does seem as though Jon Kent got his daddy's cold.  *sigh*  So far it doesn't seem to be bothering him.  I gave him some cold medicine this morning hoping to atleast catch it before it really gets bad.  I myself have a little sniffle but thankfully nothing horrible like Kent has had!  Kent has been pretty miserable with his cold.  I don't think I have really seen his this bad with a cold before.  He is getting better, hopefully he will feel like his old self soon!

Today is a workout day.  We took Tuesday off because Kent felt so bad.  I have been atleast trying to stay current on my ab workouts though.  I need all the exercising I can get in that department!  But today I am going to hit the ground running and really try and get a good workout in.

Well, I must got.  Little man is up from his nap!  Yall have a great Thursday!!
