OK, in the past month we have been to the doctor 4 times.. with only one of those times being a well visit. If it ain't one thing it's another.. anyway...
We took Jon Kent to the doctor today because he has had diarrhea since Friday. They told us to wait it out until tomorrow (I called yesterday) to make sure it wasn't a stomach virus. As long as he was peeing and drinking he should be fine. But if we saw blood or large amounts of mucus in his stools to call back and get him seen. So this morning Kent calls for me to come look at Jon Kent's poop and sure enough there was blood in it. So we call the doctor and go in and she looked him over. She said what she thinks is over time the antibiotic he was/is on caused irritation in his bowels and caused him to slightly bleed. So she took him off his antibiotic and sent a sample of his stool off to be tested. We should get the results from that back in 2-3 days. We're hoping it's nothing and just an irritated stomach.
